TEMPLATE REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICYTemplate Errors: As stated, because we offer intangible products, Christian Templates Online does not issue refunds for template purchases. However, in rare cases, when an issue with a template defect emerges, we offer the following options: 1.) If the issue is a true defect, then we will do our best to repair the defect immediately after it is brought to our attention. We then guarantee to deliver the template, with the defect/glitch fully repaired, within 24 hours of original purchase. If, for some reason, we determine that the defect is irresolvable, or if we cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours of original purchase, we will offer a refund on that particular template purchase. 2.) In such a circumstance, the purchaser may also opt for another template from our collection, at no additional cost- even if the second template choice is of a higher value than the original. Support: If a problem emerges with a template purchase from Christian Templates Online, we request that you submit an email describing the problem. Please be sure to include the template number when you email us. We will then respond to you via email. While this support option is meant to handle actual template defects, we will do our best to offer advice if the issue is a lack of knowledge on the part of the purchaser. However, in such circumstances we can usually only point you in the right direction. We cannot offer ongoing support when the issue is not an actual problem with the template, but rather a lack of familiarity with HTML, CSS, etc... If you purchase a template and find that your knowledge is lacking, we recommend you consider our template customization package. This package involves our staff setting up the template for you, according to your website specifications. Phone Support: As mentioned, we request that you first send us an email when you are having a difficulty using one of our templates. If you feel that phone support would be advantageous you may request, in your email, that we contact you by phone. Please ensure that you first describe the problem (in detail) in the email. Also, please be sure to leave us a contact number and time to call you. If we deem there is a problem with the template, a member of our support team will contact you within 24 hours of your request. |
