You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Christian Templates Online. In no event shall Christian Templates Online be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, indirect, direct, incidental, special, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the templates.

If you are a web developer/designer, you are free to use the templates in the design of your customers' web projects. You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. However the templates may not be shown, resold, or redistributed in any sort of collection. The templates are not to be used as an online portfolio to attract business or part of any online site building utility.

You have full rights to structure the template in any way you see fit to meet your personal preferences and requirements. However, for additional sites you develop, you must purchase additional templates- even if you are using the same one over again. It is an infringement of copyright to redistribute or resell our product without our consent or written permission.

Templates may be used for your clients' or your website. You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Christian Templates Online.

Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. You are responsible for adding or editing your website's content (e.g. pictures, photos, and text) to the template yourself.

Since Christian Templates Online is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, or sent to you via e-mail which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any product at our site. We will only issue another product to you if the one purchased appears damaged in any sort. The deadline for any claim is one week after the delivery date.
