INSTALLING WORDPRESS BEFORE PURCHASING:
Before purchasing one of the premium WordPress themes featured at Christian Templates Online, you should have already installed WordPress. Many webhost companies offer a quick-install option for WordPress. Check with your particular host provider to see what options may be available.

THEME INSTALLATION:
To install your premium theme you'll just follow the simple instructions that come with your theme package. PLEASE NOTE: The live previews of the WordPress themes featured here are meant to represent a working concept of what your church or business theme can look like when its been installed and set-up. The themes sold here don't install exactly like the live previews you see. It will be up to you to establish your pages, edit your photos, etc, in order to flesh out the fullness of your WordPress-based website. We do provide step-by-step instructions (with screenshots included) to make this pricess as straightforward and simple as possible. We also provide a service where we set up the theme so it does look and function exactly like our live previews. See here for more details.

EDITABLE GRAPHIC ELEMENTS:
An aspect of the premium nature of these themes is that both the logo/name section, as well as other graphic aspects, are layered, editable graphics. It is recommended that you have Adobe Photoshop (or an equivalent, free program like GIMP) in order to edit these graphic elements.

FOLLOW-UP/SUPPORT:
The WordPress themes sold at CTO come "as-is". Meaning any edits, or changes you require will be up to you to make. We offer support in order to set the theme up as it appears in our live preview. However, if you wish to make additional changes/tweaks to the template, that will be up to you to troubleshoot. If you install 3rd party products/plugins to your WordPress them, and incur problems, you should contact that 3rd party product vendor for support with that specific issue.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Being that the themes sold at CTO are intanglible, and thus "unreturnable" products, we do not generally provide refunds on already purchased products. However, if you come across an error in a theme we will endeavor to correct that error, or refund your purchase if that is not possible. But this is only in the rare instance when an error is confirmed to exist within the theme. At our discretion we do provide free exchanges on theme products if the situation warrants it.

WORDPRESS UPDATES/CROSS-BROWSER RENDERING:
We endeavor to keep our themes up to date, tested with the latest versions of WordPress. We also test our themes in the major browsers. However, to guarantee rendering compatibility you should check the live preview in whatever browsers you're interested in. We cannot guarantee compatibility on future browser updates or versions for already-purchased templates, as those issues are largely beyond our control.
